Call for applications - supply of ductile iron pipe, fittings and accessories

This document consists of a clean discounted declaration of honor which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of the documents or certificates issued byby public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidate is:

1) not in one of the situations of exclusion referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17 June 2016;

2) meets the criteria SWDE will, if necessary, at any time during the procedure, provide all or part of the supporting documents, if this is necessary to ensure the properof the procedure.

Point B - reasons relating to the payment of taxes and social security contributions

1) for Belgium:

SWDE will verify by (TELEMARC) the following legal documents:

(a) the certificate issued by the Registry of the Commercial Court of the place of the head office of thethe economic operator is not in a state of bankruptcy, liquidation, cessation of activities, judicial composition or any similar situation; b) the certificate issued by the NSSO certifying that the candidate satisfies its social contribution obligations for the last calendar quarter are before the deadline for the receipt of applications(c) proof by any document that the economic operator is in compliance with his obligations relating to the payment of his taxes and dues; (2) for the candidates of the European Union. Applicants who are nationals of the Union must inform SWDE of the possibility of obtaining directly the supporting documents (certificate of the commercial court or any otherjudicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or provenance, social security certificate and proof relating to the payment of taxes and duties) by consulting an existing national database in the country where the candidate is established (website address, ...).

In the absence of a national database, the candidate will hand over the following documents at the same time as the deadline oftroduction of applications:

(a) a certificate (or a recent copy less than 6 months old), issued by the registry of the commercial court or by any judicial or administrative authority of the place of the head office of the undertaking, stating that the candidate is not bankruptcy, liquidation, cessation of activities, judicial composition or in any similar situation (it must bebe accompanied by an integral translation into French);

(b) an original certificate certifying that the candidate meets his obligations as regards social security contributions and which relates to the last calendar quarter before the deadline for the receipt of applications for participation ( this must be accompanied by an integral translation into French);

(c) a certificate issued by thecompetent authority of the country concerned attesting that the candidate is in compliance with his obligations relating to the payment of his taxes (this must be accompanied by an integral translation into French).

1) selection of candidates (following the opinion of the call for applications published in the Tenders Bulletin and in the Official Journal of the European Union);
