The tender concerns the awarding of a works contract under a framework agreement, entitled:

Main Site: EL 30.

The contract is divided into 3 main categories of work, as opare referred to in Article 11.2 of the Declaration, concerning the first category, on the displacements of the OCC networks, on the circulatory detours and other operations of Article 12 of the Terms of Reference, the second category in the archaeological work of the Article 11 of the PC and the third category in the required studies of Article 17 of the HS. In more detail, the requirements of the necessary studies-and the subject of such work, are included in the tender documents ..

As regards suitability for the pursuit of the professional activity, economic operators must be registered in the relevant professional or commercial register kept in their State of establishment.
