CPV Description: Pier Construction Expansion of a Passenger Port (South Zone, Phase A). This project, as it appears from its technical description, refers to the expansion of the passenger port in the windward entrance area southwest of the Themistocleos mall to secure seats Cruise Ship Survey.

Main Site: Themistocleous Coast, Piraeus, Attica.

This project, as shown by Techis the extension of the passenger port in the windward entrance area, southwest of the Themistocleus mall, to ensure cruise ship paraphernalia.

The works are summarized in excavation and sanitation works, in the demolition of the existing limestone at Themistocleos mall, cellular boxes, piles and superstructure beam from artilleryreinforced concrete, for the construction of parapet and plating platforms, for the formation of terrestrial space. The required electromechanical infrastructures for the operation of the new jetty, such as the installation of low and medium voltage, lighting, water supply and fire fighting, as well as their supporting buildings (substation building and fire station pumping station).the construction of the project will last for a maximum of one thousand nineteen (1, 019) calendar days from the date of signature of the contract, as will be discussed in the conventional timetable, to be given to the preselected.

List and brief description of the terms: are admitted: a) individual contractors: i) registered in the Greek register of MEEP, with(ii) registered in official lists of recognized contractors of the EU; (ii) registered in official lists of recognized EU contractors; and / or the EOX. and / or the Member States of the WTO, in a category and class corresponding to the above of the MEEP; iii) coming from EU Member States; and / or the EOX. and / or member states of the WTO, where official lists are not keptknown contractors if they have been executed in EU Member States. and / or the EOX. and / or WHO similar (qualitative and quantitative) projects with the tenderer and fulfilling the corresponding formal and substantive conditions, with the contractors of the above paragraphs. which meet the above conditions under (a). Please note that in case of assignmentof the contract to an association of companies, it must be ready and take the form of a consortium for the signing of the contract within the time limit of paragraph 19.2 or any extension granted in writing by the employer

Note 1: Each contractor will participate individually or in a single joint venture or association (on exclusion), each candidate• Each competitor must meet the following financial criteria for exclusion: • 1) have an average annual turnover over the last five (5) years, greater than twenty-five million euro (EUR 25 000 000); (2) have a credit rating of fifteen millionEUR 15 000 000.
