Multifunctionals

The purpose of this tender is to conclude an Agreement with a Tenderer for the delivery, installation, implementation, instruction and maintenance of Multifunctionals (hereafter: MFPs) within the framework of a flexible agreement and the Package. of Requirements. The Agreement will be concluded with the Tenderer who has a Registrationng with the Best Price Quality Ratio has submitted

The Assignment relates to the Location Amsterdamseweg 13 in Arnhem where the MFPs are placed.

The Requirements Package describes which Requirements are set for the Assignment. In the Prices Sheet, the required data are included of the Client on the basis of which the Tenderer must state his priceor execution of the Assignment.

Within the scope of this tender:

a. Renewal of the current MFP configuration;

b. Reduction of printing costs;

c. Reduction of management costs

d. Fixed lease price per MFP during the initial term of the Agreement

e. Fixed price per print during the initial term of the Agreement and optional extension;

Beyond the scope of this aanbesteding falls:

a. Support for first line failures (paper jams)

b. Replacement of the toners and drums;

c. Refilling paper.
