1.1. Pursuant to Art. 195, para. 1 of the Medicinal Products Act in the wholesale of medicinal products may carry outnatural and legal persons authorized to do so by a regulatory authority of the Member State concerned. For the persons under Art. 195, para. 1 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine shall hold a valid certificate under Art. 203 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine for wholesale registration in the Republic of BULGARIA, issuedbut by the Executive Director of the BDA.

For the persons under Art. 195, para. 2 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, which have warehouses on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, may carry out wholesale trade in medicinal products after obtaining a permit under Art. 202 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine by the BDA Executive Director, issued bythe Executive Director of the BDA.

On the grounds of Art. 196, para. 1 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, a manufacturer of medicinal products within the meaning of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine may only wholesale medicinal products for which a manufacturing authorization has been issued under Art. 155 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, edby the Executive Director of the BDA.

On the grounds of Art. 196, para. 2 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, an importer of medicinal products within the meaning of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine may trade in wholesale only the medicinal products for which an import permit has been issued under Art. 164 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, issued by the BDA Executive Director.

1.2. A participant who offers medicinal products containing narcotic substances in accordance with the Law on Control of Narcotic Substances and Precursors, must hold a valid license for activities with narcotic substances under Art. 32, para. 1 of the Drug and Precursor Control Act, issued by the Minister of Health or byby the Deputy Minister.

The assignor does not set requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants in the procedure.
