Supply of medicinal products for the treatment of malignant diseases for the needs of KOTS Vratsa EOOD referred to in 61 separate positions, according to the specification of the Client`s Documentation.

Participants must be allowed to trade in medicinal products in bulkand the terms of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine (LPPHM) Act, have the right to carry out activities with narcotic substances and their preparations under the Narcotic Drugs and Precursors Control Act (LCNSP) in the event that the participant offers products covered by the law (where applicable) and have the right to carry sources of ionizing radiationo Nuclear Energy Safe Use Act (ASUNE) in case the tenderer offers products that fall within the scope of the law (where applicable)., and when signing the OP contract it is proved with the following documents:

1. Valid auction and / or auction certificatewholesale of medicinal products under Art.195, Para 1 and Para 2 of the LPPHM and / or manufacturing authorization in the cases under Art. 196, para. 2 of the CLPM. 2. Valid license under Article 32, paragraph 1 of the Law on Control over Narcotic Substances and Precursors for Performing Activities with Narcotic Drugs for Medical Purposes - in case the bidder offers a proarticles falling within the scope of the law where applicable. 3. A valid license for the carriage of radioactive substances under Article 58, paragraph 1, item 4 in connection with Article 56, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Safe Use of Nuclear Energy in the event that the participant offers products representing such substances when applicable
