Periodically recurring supplies of medicinal products for the needs of the SPD - Kardzhali - contracting authority, according to the attached quantitative specification for the purpose of selecting a supplier of the aforementioned nomenclatures from the separate positions and the conclusion of the-contract for the delivery of the most favorable terms for the period of 24 (twenty-four) months to the most favorable conditions for the BDS - Kardzhali.

Periodically recurring deliveries of medicinal products for the needs of the SPD - Kardzhali - contracting entity, according to the attached quantitative specification for the purpose of choosing a supplier of specifiedis nomenclatures of the separate positions and conclusion of a contract for delivery at the most favorable conditions for the SPD - Kardzhali. The contracting authority has no requirements regarding the economic and financial status of the participants

Each participant in the procedure has the right to submit only one tender. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the duration of the Contract at the rate of 3% of its value, exclusive of VAT, to ensure its performance. The terms and conditions for the retention or utilization of the guarantee are set out in the draft contract.
