Applicant and its possible subcontractorlia or promise providers (- 33 para. 2; - 34 para. 3 of the Act) must meet the conditions for participation in respect of personal status under - 32 para. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain outcomes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the FTA). They shall prove their fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2 law, respectively. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 ZVO by submitting original documentsOffices or their certified copies. The present conditions shall be set out exhaustively pursuant to Section 32 of the Act. A group of suppliers shall demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation pursuant to - 32 of the Act for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) the PPA shall be demonstrated by a member of the group only in respect of that part of the subject of the contract which it is intended to secure. Candidate entered in the Economic List152 of the Act or similar lists in the case of a foreign tenderer, it is not obliged to submit documents in the public procurement process to prove the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 2 ZVO. If the tenderer fails to submit the documents in the tender or fails to submit them at the request of the Commission for the evaluation of the tenders according to the above requirements, requirements will be excluded from public procurement. The justification for the adequacy of the participation condition: The conditions for participation in relation to personal status arise from - 32 and - 38 para. 1 ZVO. These provisions are exhaustive and must therefore be fully applied by the contracting authority. Summary Guidance and Notice for III.1.1); III.1.2) and for III.1.3). Pursuant to Section 39 of the ZVO, the tenderer may be provisionally replaced by:(c) the costs of demonstrating compliance with the conditions for participation pursuant to Section 32; - 33; - 34 PPA designated by the contracting entity Single European Document (JED). The contracting entity permits that the tenderer may only mark the alpha parameter Global Global for all conditions of Part IV JED without having to fill in other sections of Part IV JED. Documents proving fulfillment of the conditions for participation according to - 32; - 33; - 34 ZVO replaced by JEDthe tenderer submits to the contracting authority pursuant to - 39 par. 6 ZVO.
