Purchase of vaseline, greases, oils of various kinds, emulsions, solvents, lubricants, etc., according to specifications in the specification.: - Metrorex warehouses - Vaseline acquisition, 4-year framework agreement, as specified in the specifications.

Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and the subsequent contracts according to 2.

Number of subsequent contracts to be concluded: minimum 4 contracts - maximum 8 contracts.

Estimated duration of subsequent contracts: between 6 and 12 months

The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract that is expected to be attributable for the entire duration of the framework agreement: RON 435.00, excluding VAT. a large subsequent contract that is expected to be awarded for the entire duration of the framework agreement: RON 62, 010.00, excluding VAT.

Estimated contract awardof the following:

- year I - minimum 1 contract, maximum 2 contracts,

- year II - minimum 1 contract, maximum 2 contracts,

- year III - minimum 1 contract, maximum 2 contracts,

- year IV - minimum 1 contract, maximum 2 contracts.

Requirement no. 1 - Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 177, art. 178 par. (1) and (2) and art. 180 of Law no. 99/2016. The way it can be demonstrated to accomplishRequirement: To complete the DUAE by economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation. This document will be completed by each of the tenderers / associated tenderers / proposed subcontractors / third party supporter.

Tenderers placed on the first 3 places after applying the award criterion to the admissible tenders, prove the non-compliance in the situationsby submitting, at the request of the contracting entity, as a rule, the following information and documents: - - Certificate of absence of debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) ) at the moment of presentation, - the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the organadministration, management, supervision of the respective economic operator, those having the power of representation, decision-making, control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, - as the case may be, which demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of the Law no. 99/2016 on public procurement, - other editorial documents, as appropriate.

Special warnings:

- The failure of the DUAE with the offer (including the associate / subcontractor / third party supporter) entails its rejection as unacceptable, of the DUAE, the tenderer is required to make the firm commitment of the supportive third partyThe bidder of foreign legal persons will present any editorial documents issued by the competent authorities of the country where they are resident, through which the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement will materialize. to prove the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the taxes / fees / contributions to the budgetthe State and the local budget, in accordance with the law of the country of residence. If documents in the country of origin or in the country in which the tenderer is established are not of the kind referred to in the first paragraph or the documents do not cover all situations provided in art. 177, 178, 180, a statement will be accepted on the sole responsibility of the tenderer, ifthere are no legal provisions on the declaration on own responsibility, a genuine declaration given to a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association with powers in this respect.

In the case of foreign legal persons the documents will be accompanied by a certified translation in Roman.

Any economic operator in any one-of the situations provided in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law 99/2016, which draws the exclusion from the award procedure may provide evidence, within the meaning of para. (3) of art. 184 of Law 99/2016, which shows that the measures taken by him are sufficient to prove his credibility in relation to the reasons for the exclusion, with the proper application of the provisions of par.. (4) and (5) of the same article.

Tenderers can obtain certificates and obtain tax and fee information to the consolidated state budget / local budget from the National Agency for Fiscal Administration - General Direction of Public Finance and to the Mayoralties they belong to.
