Subject of the contract is the supply of liquefied petroleum fuels (unleaded petrol, diesel fuel) and heating oil for the Municipality of Sicily and the municipalitiesSome of its faces, for the years 2020 - 2021.

Supply of unleaded petrol of the Municipality of Sicily, amounting to 41, 597, 34 lt, for the years 2020 - 2021.

The economic operators who participate in the process of conclusion of this contract, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject matter of the supply;ie production, marketing and distribution of fuel.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishment or to fulfill any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to n 4412/2016.

In case of financial operatorestablished in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures shall be required to be registered in the relevant professional or commercial registers.

The settlerseconomic operators residing in GREECE, are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.
