CPV Description: Supply of liquid fuels and lubricants, year 2019, for the Municipality of Pydna - Kolindros and the legal entities it supervises. The contracting authority shall contact the issuers of the letters of guarantee in-to determine their validity. Participation guarantee is equal to 1% of the budget on which an offer is made, exclusive of VAT and issued by credit institutions legally operating in the Member States of the Union or the European Economic Area or in the GCC member states and have, in accordance with the provisions in force, that right.-They can also be issued by the ETAA. - TSEMEDE or be provided with a deposit slip of the Fund of Deposits and Loans with the deposit of the corresponding amount, which will be drawn up in accordance with the current type of public tender.

The guarantee must be valid for at least one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the date of the competition. The payment of the contract price will be made by presenting the legal documents and supporting documents provided by the provisions of article 200 par. 4 of Law 4412/2016, namely: a)(b) Invoice of the contractor; (c) Receipt of the contractor, if the invoice is not indicated. d) Certificates of Tax and Insurance Information (article 200 par.5 of Law 4412/16), as well as any other documents that may have been requested by the competentcontrol and payment. Payment of fuel invoices will be made on the basis of the average retail selling price of the item on the day of delivery, as derived from the weekly Fuel Price Review Bulletin issued by the Ministry of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure and Transport and Networks (see http: // www.fuelprices.gr/CheckPrices) for the Prefecture of Pieria (article 63 of Law 4257/1414) on which the awarded discount rate will be applied, for each, for supply, separately (heating oil, DIESEL diesel, unleaded gasoline ), which is in accordance with the technical specifications and the terms of this Notice, and which price certificate will be attached to the invoicefrom the supplier or suppliers.

The Contractor shall be liable for the third party deductions, as well as any other charges, in accordance with the applicable legislation, excluding VAT, for the delivery of the material at the place and in the manner specified in the contract documents. In particular, it is charged with the following deductions: (a) 0.06% booking calculated on the value of each pre-tax payment(Article 4 of Law 4013/2011 as currently in force), b) a reservation of 0, 06% of the value of each payment before taxes and deductions of the initial one, as well as any additional contract. For the Single Independent Public Procurement Authority, as well as any supplementary contract (Article 350 par.3 of Law 4412/2016, Joint Ministerial Decision 1191 / 14.03.2017 - Government Gazette 969 / 22.03.2017 issue B)-Reservations are subject to the applicable 3% analogue stamp duty in force and 20% to the OGA contribution. c) Reserve of 0, 02% in favor of the State, calculated on the value, exclusive of VAT, of the original value and any supplementary contract. This amount shall be withheld on each payment by the contracting authority in the name and on behalf of the Directorate-General for Public Contracts and-Procurement pursuant to paragraph 6 of article 36 of Law 4412/2016, the payment of the 4% of the net value of the lubricants and the income tax of 1% on the of the net value of the fuel, to be attributed to the competent tax office. by the competent Service of the Municipality and the Legal Prosecutorsof the Municipality. The Municipality and each Legal Entity undertake to issue and deliver to the Contractor the relative income tax deduction certificate (1% or 4%). . A certificate from the relevant Chamber or professional organization or certificate of professional practice from a competent public authority certifying their enrollment in the profession and their specific profession, -will be issued at most six (6) months prior to the date of submission of the supporting documents
