Acquisition of components and systems required for the laser radiation destruction threshold measurement station Induced Damage Threshold (LIDT) required for basic operations for the operation and development of the ELI-NP Laser Facility.

The acquisition of large opto-mechanical components required for the Laser Induced Damage Threshold (LIDT) measurement station required for basic ELI-NP operation and development activities. The sole bidder / Associate Bidder / Subcontractor / Supporter must show that they do not fit-in the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. In this respect, the Sole Bidder / Associated Bidder / Subcontractor / Supporter will complete the DUAE - Part III for each Batch. The bidder ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders will present, at the request of the Contracting Authority, for each lot the following-editorial documents proving / confirming non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 above for both the Tenderer and the Tenderer / Tenderer stated in the tender: - the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the respective operator economic or cwhich have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, - Romanian legal persons must present a certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the taxes, taxes or of the contributions to the consolidated general budget, from which the overdue debts were to occur-at the moment of presenting this certificate,
- Foreign legal persons will present any editorial documents issued by the authorized institutions of the country of origin (fiscal attestation, criminal records, other equivalent documents, etc.) proving that they have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes, duties or contributions to the general budget consin accordance with the national law of the country of residence of the sole vendor / associated contractor / subcontractor / third party or the country in which the sole tenderer / associated contractor / subcontractor / third party is established. From the editorial documents submitted, there must be a lack of overdue debts at the time of their presentation,
- certificates / records / documeeditors proving / confirming non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 167 par. (1), both for the sole tenderer / associated bidder and for the supporting subcontractor / third party stated in the tender (if applicable), - supporting documents demonstrating that the sole tenderer / associated bidder and the subcontractor / third party supporter declared in the offer-falls within the provisions of art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions with subsequent modifications and completions (if any),
- other editing documents, as the case may be.
The sole bidder / the Tender / Subcontractor / Tenderer must not be in the situations provided by art. 59 60 of the Law no. 98/2016. (2) of GD 395/2016
