To assess the authorization to exercise professional activity, it is requested:
1) letter of application (form DC1) or equivalent;
2) proof of registration in the trade or professional register, or receipt of the deposit of declaration at a business formalities center for people in the process of registration, or equivalent;
3) copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is in receivership.
To assess the economic and financial capacity, it is request:
(4) A declaration concerning the candidate`s overall turnover (or DC2 form) relating to the minimum for the last financial yearfiscal and maximum over the last 3 financial years available depending on the date of creation of the business or the start of activity of the economic operator, to the extent that information on these turnover is available. NB: if, for a justified reason, the economic operator is unable to produce the information requested by the buyer, he is authorized to prouver its capacity by any other means considered appropriate by the buyer (example: bank guarantees or forecast balance sheets ...).
