The persons approving the budget are the general manager and the economic director.
The DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the procedure. The necessary information and formalities can be found in the dedicated section of the procedure, in the DUAE electronic integrated / configured by the contracting entity.
Specify the average annual turnover. Economic operators depun bid will present the average annual turnover of the bidder over the last 3 years (2016, 2017, 2018). This must be a minimum of EUR 1 000 000.
1) In order to complete the DUAE, the economic operators will complete directly in the SEAP, after authentication, in the dedicated section of the procedure of interest, DUAE already configured by the contracting authority. The DUAE, thus completed, can be viewedand analyzed by the contracting authorities in the section dedicated to it;
2) The best offer will be considered the one ranked in the first place in the ranking of offers drawn up by decreasing the scores obtained. If two or more offers are ranked first, with equal scores, the division will be done taking into account the score obtained on the factors of evdough, in descending order of their weights. The way of separating the offers with the same score will be done in electronic format by sending a request for re-offer to the "Questions" section from the contracting authority, to which the economic operators will send their answer online (in SICAP), without affecting the offers classified by previous places.
