The DUAE will be completed by the operators.comic participants in the procedure. The necessary information and formalities can be found in the dedicated section of the procedure, in the DUAE electronic integrated / configured by the contracting entity.
Specify the average annual turnover. The economic operators submitting the offer will present the average annual turnover of the tenderer over the last 3 years (2016, 2017, 2018). This must be meim 1 000 000 EUR.
1) In order to complete the DUAE, the economic operators will directly fill in the SEAP, after authenticating, in the dedicated section of the procedure of interest, the DUAE already configured by the contracting authority. The DUAE, thus completed, will be able to be viewed and analyzed by the contracting authorities in the section dedicated to it;network will also be done electronically by sending a request for re-offer to the "Questions" section of the contracting authority, to which the economic operators will send their answer online (in SEAP), without affecting the offers classified on the previous places;
3) be considered the best offer that presents the total price (excluding VAT) the lowest for the quantitymaximum of products in Annex 1 of the framework agreement model
