- a letter of application detailing the contracting parties in case ofgroup. The candidate informs the conditions of his application: alone or in a group of economic operators (co-contracting). In the event of a group, the candidate indicates the form of the group (joint or several) as well as the appointment of the representative. The latter must provide, if the group is designated, a document of approval signed by the other members of the group et specifying the conditions of this authorization,

- a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L.2141-7 to L 2141-10 of the Public Order Code and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers.the total turnover of the candidate over the last 3 financial years available on the basis of the date of the creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the economic operator`s activity, insofar as the information on these figures of the `business is available.

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order. For each lot, it will be concluded with a single economic operator. It is concluded with no minimum and no annual financial maximum. The indicative financial volume (non-contractual) per lot is evaluated at:

- Lot 1: EUR 40 000 HT per year,

- Lot 2: EUR 20 000 HT per year,

- Lot 3: EUR 30 000 HT per year,

- lot 4: 10 000 EUR HT per year.

For each lot, the framework agreement isconcluded for a period of 4 years from its notification to the holder. The duration of execution of the purchase orders will be 6 months maximum as from their reception by the holder. They can only be issued during the period of validity of the framework agreement. The delivery times will be those to which the holder commits in his act of engagement, within the limit of the maximum timesums provided to the CCTP, following the receipt of the order form by the holder (electronic mail). Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 29 et seq. CCAG-FCS, the contract may be terminated on each anniversary date by decision of the public purchaser, notified to the holder by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at least 3 months before expiry. This denunciation does not entitleno indemnity to the holder and orders issued before the effective date of the termination of the framework agreement remain executable. Only the central purchasing office is authorized to proceed to this eventual cancellation. Complementary information on the consultation documents is sent to the economic operators at least six days before the deadline fixed for the receptionoffers.
