Purchase of spare parts for metal and composite pressure vessels of air-breathing apparatuses for the pressure testing laboratory of air-supply breathing apparatuses. personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain outcomes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the outcome). 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, respectively. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. 1font. e) by an excerpt from the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic or by an excerpt from the Trade Register of the Slovak Republic, the applicant / applicant is not obliged under - 32 par. 3, it is prohibited to submit these documents to the contracting authority because of the use of data from the public administration information systems.and - 32 para. 1 pism. a) by the extract from the criminal record, the candidate / applicant is not obliged under - 32 par. 3 of the Act on the submission of these documents to the contracting authority due to the use of data from public administration information systems, but it is obliged to provide the contracting authority withrgan and / or clerk) necessary to request an extract from the criminal record through the portal over.si to the following extent: - the date of birth, birth number, place and district of birth, permanent address and, for a person born in a foreign country, - if the applicant is registered in the list of economic subjects, kept by the Office for Public Procurement, a document pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism.

The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation by the single eu.petroleum document according to - 39 par. 1 zakona. Demonstration of the conditions of participation shall also be effected vis---vis the contracting authority in accordance with - 152 para.

An applicant entered in the list of economic entities under the Act is not obliged to submit documents pursuant to - 32 para.

The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic operators.or a certificate of registration issued to the competent authorities of another Member State, by which the tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in the procurement procedure have been met. The contracting authority shall also accept any other equivalent document submitted by the tenderer. 7 of the first sentence of the law (the so-called reverse public competition). Explanation of information needed to elaborateThe contracting authority shall announce the tender and prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with - 48 of the Act and in accordance with the tender documents. The contracting authority / purchaser shall proceed in accordance with - 20 of the Act when awarding this contract. The public procurement in question is not:

a) green procurement

b) procurement of innovation, or

c) procurement focused on social aspects

5.Group of suppliersv does not have to create the right form, but it has to set the lids of a group of suppliers. All members of such a group of suppliers made to deliver / provide the subject of the contract shall be authorized by one of the members of the group of suppliers to act on behalf of all members of the group of suppliers and to accept instructions in this contractcontract and communication / responsibilities in the process of contract performance. In the event of acceptance of a supplier group bid, the supplier group shall be required to conclude and submit to the contracting authority, prior to the signature of the Contract, a clearly defined mutual rights and obligations, who will participate in the contract suppliers suCommitment to the contracting authority jointly and severally
