Supply of conveyor belts, Mining Mines Megalopolis SA

For the participation in the tender, to be lodged by the tenderer in the form of a letter of guarantee (EES), in accordance with theSample of the Company for an amount of EUR 10 471, 81. In the case of a tender, for a specific type of contest, the amount of the EES. must be equal to 2% of the value-budgeted value of the material offered by the service.

The contractor must submit a performance guarantee letter to the Company for the amount corresponding to 5% of the contract price.

The Contractor's payment will be made on presentation of an official invoice, after the qualitative and quantitative receipt of the material supply, on the 24th day of the third month following the month of submission by the supplier to Lig. Max SA of the relevant invoice and will be made by Lig. Max by depositing the relevant amount to a supplier's bank account. Additionally, it is provided(only for non-assigned contracts), the supplier is given VAT on the 24th of the following month from the month of submission of the supporting documents if the supplier agrees to pay the invoiced value on the 24th day of the fourth month, from the date of submission of the supporting documents, provided it is complete. All these documents should be issued to-name of Lig. Max .. SA
