Replacement of hydraulic parts of ES turbo compressors

Engineering, design, manufacture, delivery, installation of complete hydraulic parts of gas turbo compressors type 650-21-2 for 2 machines ES-25MW to reduce the flow rate of each turbocharger to half its current capacity, while maintaining the current compression ratio while increasing the hydraulic

The replacement of the hydraulic parts of the ES turbo compressors is to reduce the nominal flow rate of the turbo compressor to halfits current nominal flow rate while maintaining the current nominal compression ratio and turbocharger inlet and outlet pressures, while also increasing the polytropic performance of these turbochargers, only within the framework of adjusting or replacing the internal hydraulic parts of the EC turbochargers. Any modifications to the existing external layout of EC units, in particular those requiring a valid changeits integrated permit and / or building permit issued to existing EC units (eg in the case of building alterations or modifications associated with any change to existing EC foundations) shall not be permitted. Minor modifications to the oil lubrication system and / or oil gas seal system of the EC compressors may be necessary exceptionally.ring, design, manufacture, supply and installation of complete hydraulic parts of turbo-compressors to the delivery point, which is the compressor station 01Veľke Kapušany. This detailed information is contained in the annexes of Technical Specifications No. 1 to 13 and 15, which are also a part ofin the offer in this Competition. Therefore, in order to preserve the confidentiality of information, the Contracting Authority restricted access to the annexes of Technical Specification No. 1 -13 and 15 by granting them access only to those interested parties who conclude a Confidentiality Agreement with the Customer. This Agreement constitutes Annex 1 to this Agreement. 6 of the tender documents and must be concluded between the Contracting Authority and the interested party in the manner specified in the tender documents.prior to disclosure of relevant confidential information to the Applicant interested. The contracting authority shall make available to the interested party access to the documents containing confidential information no later than on the first business day following the delivery of the signed agreement on confidentiality to the contracting authority. More information on how to access documents containing confidential informationin respect of the tender documents, as well as the manner of conclusion of the Confidentiality Agreement, they are specified in the tender documents. However, from the service lines, the Contracting Authority cannot allow the inspection of the EC turbo-compressor units on KS01, on which the subject of the contract will be, i.e. vymena hydparts, perform, but allow inspection on identical turbocompressor units ES on KS03. Further information on EC inspections, including the contact person, can be found in point 15 of the Tender Documentation. Applicants should propose their own technical solutions to reduce the flow of compresora by replacing the internal hydraulic parts of the turbochargers, and each candidate must guarantee the functionality of its own solution if its offer is successful and accepted. Therefore, it is not possible to exclude any part of the contract from the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract in this contract is not to procure innovation and is not a green procurement or procurementbodily aspects.
