The Contracting Authority will recognize that the conditions for participation in the proceedings have been met:

In terms of technical or professional capacity - if the Contractor, within the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during this period, they have carried out deliveries fornet of not less than: - for task No. 1 60, 000.00 PLN, - for task No. 2 80, 000.00 PLN,

In the case of submitting an offer for more than one part of the order net value executedh deliveries by the Contractor in the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of bids, and if the period of business is shorter - in this period, may not be less than the sum of delivery values specified by the Ordering Party for the individual parts of the order for which the Contractor submits an offer. For the scope of delivery confirming the Contractor's ability to properly execute the order of Zamahe considers deliveries corresponding to his type of deliveries being the subject of the order, i.e. both delivery of identical materials with the subject of the tender, as well as deliveries of generically similar materials, i.e. deliveries of machines and equipment operating in coal mechanical processing plants and spare parts for machines and devices operating in plants mechanical coal processing.

2) Ośżhanding and documents, which at the request of the Ordering Party will be required to submit by the Contractor, whose offer will be the highest rated or which the Employer may request pursuant to art. 26 section 2f of the Public Procurement Law, confirming the lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfilling the conditions for participation in the proceedings set out in Parts XI and XII of the ToR.

1. "Profit and loss account" for one financial year from the last 3 yearsat current assets, and if the period of conducting business is shorter than one year for this period.

In the case of entities which under separate regulations are not required to prepare financial statements, the Ordering Party requires other documents specifying income for the period as in the previous sentence.
