The Helsinki downtown business area (later myoes subscriber) is asking for deals on unit price products for the outdoor lighting network. The purpose of the customer is to enter into a contract with 1 supplier for outdoor unit lighting products.focuses on single-priced outdoor lighting products and their delivery. Products include luminaires, pole arms, pole furniture and pedestals.

Alternative and parallel offers:

Alternative and parallel offers are not permitted.but the tenderer must demonstrate the degree of subversion of the subcontractors. If the tenderer relies on the resources of the subcontractor, the subcontractor must actually participate in the performance of the contract in order to guarantee the eligibility requirements. The customer signs the contract only with the company that distributed the offer.

Tarjoajaaa shall not be entitled to replace the subcontractor whose resources the tenderer has invoked in the tender without the excuse of escape. Designated subcontractors are considered to be the resources of the tenderer.
