DC / AC-DC converters for supplying auxiliary power to M1 and M2 series metros

Reference Number: MIVB - STIB ProcurementDC / AC-DC to supply the auxiliaries of the M1 and M2 metros of the STIB in energy.

The object of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor for the supply of DC / AC converters. DC to supply power to the auxiliaries of the M1 and M2 metros of the STIB.

To limit the costs of corrective and preventive maintenance related to regular maintenanceof the engine and indirectly, increase the availability of these metros, the STIB plans to replace the DC generator by a static converter with 2 outputs delivering a 230V-50 Hz triphase side for a power of 15 kVA and the another 110 VDC output of 10 KVA.

3) go to the website: https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd;

4) choose your language;

5) select;

6) select;

7) click on (choose file) and select the file you extracted in 2;

8) click on;

9) complete the required fields using the text of the publication to determine the quality and quantity of information requested;

10 ) click onr;

11) download;

12) save this file containing your DUME;

13) attach this DUME file called to your application file when sending it.

Attention, the STIB must receive the file .ZIP which contains both the .PDF than the .XML!

The economic and financial capacity will be verified on the basis of financial data (turnover, balance sheets and income statements).

- the candidate transmettra to STIB its balance sheet and the income statement filed for the last 3 financial years (models deposited at the NBB) or will communicate the link to the website on which these documents can be downloaded free of charge.

For Belgian companies, this does not apply. is not mandatory, since STIB can obtain the annual accounts, from the central balance sheet of the National Bank of Belgiumas long as the publications have been made,

- the specific annual turnover: the annual turnover achieved on the part concerned by the advice of operation. The candidate will transmit his turnover for the requested supplies for the last 3 years available (to be completed in the DUME Part IV: selection criteria point B),

- if the candidate-part of a group, the last annual and financial report of the group or the link of the website or these documents can be downloaded for free.

By the submission of their candidacy, the candidates accept without reserve the contents of the notice of march, accompanying documents and walking procedure, as described in these, and agree to be bound by the provisions ofthem one. In the case where the candidate has an objection in this respect, the candidate must report it to the contracting authority (via the contact person mentioned in Article I.1 of this notice) in writing and with a description. reason no later than 15 calendar days before the final date for receipt of requests to participate.
