Предметът на обществената поръчка вклюthe supply of the following supplies and services in two separate lots, as follows: 1. Lot No. 1 - "Maintenance, repairs, delivery and installation of spare parts, consumables and accessories for vehicles managed by TP" Karnobat State Forestry ", according to the Technical Specification, an integral part of the present documentation and fully corresponds to the technical conditions• Maintaining: - Servicing - to be carried out at the request of the Contracting Authority after a certain mileage specified by the manufacturer's company standards and should cover in full and periodically the manufacturer's requirements and the standards for the respective car brand. Maintenance should include a change offilters and oils, as well as inspection and inspection of systems, assemblies and assemblies for proper operation.

As a result of the maintenance and inspection of the vehicle systems, the Contractor shall draw up a statement of findings or any other document with recommendations for ongoing repairs if necessary to correct the malfunctions and to bring the vehicles in a condition for use, in accordance with the regulatory requirements. Periodic technical inspections forThe Contracting Authority shall carry out on request by the contracting entity the status of the main units and systems ensuring the safety of the movement of vehicles, including: - Computer diagnostics of the engine - Inspection of the heating and cooling system - Inspection of the lubrication system; Fuel system inspection

The above activities are not exhausted
No- Any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their associations as well as any other entity entitled to perform supplies or services under the law of the State in which it is established is entitled to participate in the procedure. All participants must meet the requirements of Art. 54, para. 1 and the grounds referred to in Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 4and point 5 of the PPA. The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in a public procurement procedure when:
2.1. has been convicted by a judgment which has entered into force, unless he is rehabilitated, for a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a - 159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194-217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352 - 353f of the Penal Code; has been convicted by a verdict in force, oif rehabilitated, for an offense similar to those under item 1, in another Member State or third country; there are obligations for taxes and compulsory social security contributions within the meaning of Art. 162, para 2, item 1 of the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code and the interest thereon, to the state or to the municipality at the headquarters of the contracting authority and the candidate or participant, or analogous obligations established by-an act of a competent authority under the law of the country in which the applicant or the participant is established, unless a rescheduling, deferral or collateralisation of the obligations or an obligation is made by virtue of an act which has not entered into force; there is inequality in the cases under Art. 44, para. 5;
2.5. has been found to: a) have submitted a document of false content related to the attestationnot lack of grounds for removal or fulfillment of the selection criteria, b) did not provide the required information related to the verification of the lack of grounds for removal or the fulfillment of the selection criteria,
2.6. has been found by a punitive decree or a court decision that has enforced a violation of Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 245and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority according to the legislation of the state in which the applicant or participant is established
2.7. there is a conflict of interest that can not be eliminated; is a related person within the meaning of - 1, item 45 of the PP of the Public Procurement Act with another participant in the public procurement. Pursuant to Art. 3, item 8 of the Law for the-economic and financial relations with companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, their affiliates and their actual owners, companies registered in jurisdictions with a preferential tax regime and the persons associated with them can not directly or indirectly participate in the open procedure, including through a civil society / consortium in whichparticipates in a company registered in a jurisdiction with preferential tax treatment. The contracting authority may remove from participation in a tendering procedure a candidate or participant for whom one of the following circumstances exists: 3.1. is bankrupt or is in bankruptcy, is in liquidation or has concluded an out-of-court agreement with creditorsthey are in the sense of Art. 740 of the Commerce Act, or has ceased its activity, and if the applicant or tenderer is a non-resident - is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the State in which it is established; proved to be guilty of non-performance of a public procurement or works concession contract ora servant who caused his early termination, payment of benefits or other similar sanctions, except where the non-performance affects less than 50 per cent of the value or volume of the contract; attempted to: (a) influence the decision-making of the assignor relating to removal, selection or assignment, etc.
