The delivery and / or services will only be performedand only upon an explicit written service request submitted by an Employer of the Contracting Authority in the event of the necessity to execute the subject of this contract and under the conditions specified in the documentation, this notice and the draft contract up to the maximum admissible value determined by the Contracting Authority - 6 500 BGN without incl. VAT. In the performance of the services subject to thethe contractor shall comply with and not exceed the service norms under Ordinance No. 24 of 8.3.2006 on the compulsory insurance under Art. 461 (1) and (2) of the Insurance Code and the Methodology for Settlement of Claims for Damage to Motor Vehicles. From participating inthe procedure shall be eliminated by a participant for whom one of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3, 4 and 5 and Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation in the procedure and: - participants - related persons within the meaning of -. 2, item 45 of the PP of the Public Procurement Act, a participant who has not indicated a unit price of one of the items listed in the "Technical Specification"and an order; a participant who did not specify an end price for 1 (one) BGN / man-hours (normal hours) VAT Involved Work (hourly rate) when performing vehicle repair services. * A participant who has submitted a Technical Proposal for the execution of the contract which does not meet the requirements of the Technical Specification and the terms of the contract; expiry dateand under Article 14 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 in connection with Art. 5, para. 1, item 3 of this law. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPL when submitting the tender, the participant declares lack of grounds for eliminationfrom the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria by presenting the EEDOP.

Documents proving the information specified in EEDOP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of a public procurement contract, the tenderer designated as a contractor shall present up-to-date documents certifyingthe lack of grounds for disqualification from the procedure and the compliance with the selection criteria. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. Participants can obtain the necessary information on the obligations related to taxes and social security, employment protection and working conditions that are in force in the Republic of Bulgaria and relevant to the supply subject matterof the order, as follows:
