Supply of distribution of value declarations

The offer includes the provision of a framework agreement for distribution of value shipments.

The offer includes the provision of a framework agreement for distribution of valuables.

Generally speaking, Distribution of Value Transactions, Herunder Quick, by pickup of Packages at the Danish Lottery Game Store and delivery to Dealers as well as delivery of Returns from Dealers to the Danish Lottery Game Store.

The tenderer must deliver as a part of his offer a European Single Order Document (also called ESPD document) in which the tenderer must make declarations of the following: - Whether the tenderer is covered bygrounds for exclusion in section 135 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1-3 (mandatory exclusion grounds for participation in criminal organization, bribery, fraud, acts of terrorism, money laundering, child labor, unpaid debts etc.), and - Whether the tenderer is covered by the exclusionary grounds in Section 136 of the Public Procurement Act (mandatory grounds for conflicts of interest, distortion of competition, grossly wronginformation, etc.), and

- Whether the tenderer is covered by the grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, Item 2 (relating to bankruptcy, insolvency or liquidation proceedings, reconstruction, resigned business and similar situations).

The offer can be taken into account only in accordance with the provisions of section 148 of the Public Procurement Act, -PCS. 3. The declarations can not be given otherwise.

In the case of associations of tenderers (consortium), each participant in the association must attach a separate ESPD document which includes the abovementioned declarations.

If the tenderer is based on the economic / financial form of other entities and / or technical / professional form (eg subcontractors or entities within saidmme group, including parent, sister or subsidiary companies), each of these entities must attach a separate ESPD document comprising the aforementioned declarations.
