Extended agreement on healthcare allowance for foot treatment

The announcement is made with a view to concluding a fixed-price agreement on foot treatment for citizens who seek subsidies in Viborg Municipality according to the rules on extended health allowance, thus:

The object of the advertisement:

The announcement is carried out with a view to concluding fixed-price contracts on footwearg to citizens seeking grants in the municipality of Viborg in accordance with the rules on extended health allowance, thus:

- Act on social pension - 14 a, subs. 4, LBK no. 1208 of 17.11.2017 with related regulations,

- Act on highest, middle, elevated ordinary and ordinary early retirement pensions etc. - 18 pcs. No. 4, LBK no. 1209 of 17.11.2017 with related announcements. The fair number of treatments providedunallocated subsidy for, approx. 2 900 treatments in the clinic and approx. 700 treatments in own home / nursing home.

Offer under the approval model:

The contracting authority may enter into parallel agreements with several suppliers or allow new suppliers to join a price agreement entered in.

If a price agreement with connection from several suppliers is entered for the same type of expense, the agreed price must on the individual benefitsare identical, so that the prerequisites for calculating health allowances for the citizens are the same in the municipality.

The contracting party informs the citizens which suppliers have entered into a price agreement with.

The contracting party's obligation to use the price agreement. by the suppliers who enter into a price agreement. The contracting authority grants subsidies to the citizens' purchasesfreely choose the supplier that the citizen wishes to use. Suppliers are therefore not guaranteed a turnover.

The citizen may also choose to use the approved subsidy from a supplier who has not entered into a price agreement with the contracting entity.

The term of the agreement:

The price agreement has a term of two years and can be extended further in up for 4 x 12 months
