The Procurement of a New Folder and Stapling Unit (BLM)
Reference Number : 2019/385
The administration of the storting, the graphic division, shall procure a new folder and stapling unit (booklet maker) for Stortinget's in-plant printshop.
A procurement contract (SSA-K) shall be entered for a new folder and stapling unit (booklet maker), including a service and maintenance contract (SSA-V). The contract period is 3 years with automatic renewals for 1 (one) year at a time for up to 10 years.

1) Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation: company registration certificate.
2) The tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. Documented by: a certificate for tax and VAT. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The tenderer must have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations (good solidity or creditworthy). Documentation requirement: a credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service.
