* The UEA, by which the tenderer declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations as referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016.
The UEA, with which the entrepreneur declares that he meets the following selection criteria:
1. A recent (maximum 3 month old) bank statement that guarantees that the tenderer has the financial capacitiesto complete the contract successfully (see model C in the annex).
2. A recent original certificate of non-bankruptcy, delivered by the Commercial Court (max. 3 months old relative to the day on which the offers were opened)
3. A statement concerning the total turnover of the company over the last 3 financial years, whereby a turnover must be realized in 1 of the last 3 yearsd are at least as large as 1/4 of the amount of the tender
If the tenderer works with subcontractors / permanent partners / temporary company, these figures may be submitted from a cummulation of these partners. In this context, each partner must certify and sign its share in the turnover figure
