Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie zadania pn. „Muzeum Enigmy w Poznaniu"

Przedmiothe order is to design and carry out the task titled "Enigma Museum in Poznań" in the "design and build" formula (hereinafter: Investment):

Main Site: Miasto Poznań, Collegium Martineum.

1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of the task titled "Enigma Museum in Poznań" in the "design and build" formula (hereinafter: Investment):

1) Stage I - permanent exhibition of the Szyfrow CenterEnigma in Poznań with the supply of necessary equipment, equipment and software as well as construction works in the Collegium Martineum building in Poznań, which will adapt the object of new needs (hereinafter: Stage I). A) As part of stage I, a permanent exhibition will be prepared, made and launched, which will include, inter alia: arrangement and scenery elements, furniture, equipment and devices, and pystemy AV and IT, artifacts, models, artistic and interactive installations, software and equipment control systems and exhibition management, information and visual identification system, multimedia content, office equipment

b) As part of stage I, it is also necessary to transfer property copyrights and licensing or sublicense, also for source materials necessaryfor the preparation of the content of the exhibition and multimedia content. c) Stage I covers the execution of construction works in the scope of: - - demolition and demolition: connector (battens), staircase, selected partition walls, selected joinery and window and door joinery, selected floors, claddings, elements of equipment, electrical and sanitary installations to the extent necessary fora - reconstruction, modernization of rooms and introduction of exhibition functions,

- disassembly and protection of historic elements intended for conservation and reassembly or relocation,

- renovation and restoration works of historical interior design elements intended for in situ conservation,

- raw and construction works finishing -2) Stage II Within Etapu II, in the so-called "Common parts" of the Collegium Martineum building in Poznań, renovation, finishing and installation works, interior arrangement works, equipment and software will be delivered and installed, and hygiene and sanitary nodes will be rebuilt and modernized: for staff and general access. hygienic and sanitary adaptatione will be for the needs of disabled people. a) As part of the stage, the following should be designed, delivered and installed:

- vertical platform for disabled people (at the main entrance),

- furniture: concierge, reception, cloakroom,

- construction of a new lift shaft together with the assembly of a passenger lift with footbridges leading to the individual storeys.

b) Stage II includes the execution of construction works in the range:

- renovation of stairs and floors on main communication routes,

- renovation and maintenance of plasters, wall claddings, stucco,

- renovation of window and door carpentry,

- degraded parts: floors, wall and ceiling cladding, removal of old paint coatings, - punctures and bricking up barriersconstruction (to a limited extent),

- replacement of floors, linings,

- plastering of walls and ceilings,

- painting walls and ceilings,

- assembly of new ceilings (suspended, tensioned) and wall cladding,

replacement of window and door carpentry.

c) Installation works: - sanitary: water, sewage (sanitary, rainwater), ventilation and air conditioning, heating,

- electric and teletechnical: plug sockets230 and 400 V, supply of technological devices, powering of multimedia devices, lighting (emergency and evacuation, general, exposition), dedicated to exhibition installations, low-current (detecting and signaling fire, smoke extraction, burglary and assault signaling, access control, CCTV), signal, integrated teletechnical, structural.

Zamathe party decides that the Contractor is in an economic or financial situation ensuring due execution of the order, if the Contractor shows that: a) has financial means or creditworthiness in the amount not lower than PLN 3, 000, 000.00 and

b) has insurance against civil liability in the scope of conducted activities related to the subject of the order for the guarantee sumnot less than PLN 3, 000, 000.00.

Values provided in documents confirming the fulfillment of the condition in currencies other than those indicated by the Employer should be calculated according to the average exchange rate of the zloty in relation to foreign currencies specified in Table A, averageforeign currencies of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) as at the date of issue of the document. - The contracting authority shall call the Contractor whose tender has been the highest rated to submit within a specified period of not less than 10 days as of the date of submitting declarations or documents in accordance with point VI.4.fh of the SIWZ.
