Public Offer of Motorcycle Gowns and Motorcycle Gloves

The Police Officer hereby provides a Framework Agreement for the delivery of a two-piece motorcycle suit for summer use and a two-piece motorcycle suit for winter use as well as summer and winter gloves for motorcycle use . The motorcycle suits and gloves are used by police officers who serve kPolice officers in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
The Police Commissioner hereby provides a framework agreement for the delivery of a two-piece motorcycle suit for summer use and a two-piece motorcycle suit for winter use as well as summer and winter gloves for motorcycle use. The motorbike rails and gloves are used by police personnel who serve the driving and stationing police service in Denmark, Gr0nland and Faroe Islands.
In the "Financial ratios" field of the ESPD, equity is entered for the most recent available financial statements. The figures are given in Danish kroner. When calculating equity, the values of total current assets and fixed assets are taken together. Thereafter, the values of short-term and long-term liabilities (liabilities) are deducted from.
ESPD serves as a preliminary prooffor the tenderer to meet the minimum eligibility requirements in relation to economic and financial capacity.
Before the award decision, the tenderer to which the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide evidence that the information in the ESPD is correct.
If the contracting entity requests it, the following economic and financial capacity documentation must be provided: Arsregncreates or extracts thereof for the most recent financial statements whose publication of annual accounts is statutory in the country where the tenderer is established. If the information does not appear in statutory annual accounts, the applicant may submit an accountant's statement, statement of assurance or belief and promulgation. For an association of companies (eg a consortium), the documentation ofis given for each of the participating companies in the association. This is a re-invitation for Lot 1, MC suit and gloves, which was published by invitation to tender OJ No. 2017 / S 209-432500 on 31/10/10. The offer has previously was published by Contract notice OJ No 2017 / S 182-372095, which was canceled on 13 October 2017 .. The contracting entity is obliged to excludeentities covered by mandatory grounds for exclusion as referred to in sections 135-136 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting entity will refrain from excluding the tenderer in advance of an appropriate deadline after the deadline for the tender, to provide sufficient evidence of the tenderer's legitimacy in the form of either proof of the required collateral, cf. the Procurement Actetc. - 135, paragraph 1 4, No. 2 or for the conclusion of a settlement arrangement prior to the deadline, cf. section 135 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 4, No. 3.
The contracting entity has made use of the grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2. Safer bidders are subject to the situations specified in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 at the time of submission of the offer, or in the course of the tender process, weThe contracting entity shall exclude the company from participating in the procurement process. Prior to awarding the Framework Agreement by the contracting entity, the bidder which the contracting entity intends to award the Framework Agreement shall submit documentation pursuant to section 152 for the information provided in the ESPD, cf. -159, PCS. 2.
