CPV Description: "Carrying out current repairs to ensure the conditions for equipment deployment and staffing" by lots  Carrying out ongoing repairs to ensure conditions for equipment deployment and staffing in the premises of the NOC and OCC in the framework of the project "Development and modernization of the NEC and PIC" on 3 separatepositions.

Main Site: Regional Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population", located in Varna, 159 Slivnitsa Blvd.

For the execution of the construction and installation works on site: Regional Fire Safety and Population Protection Directorate, located in the city of Varna, 159, Slivnitsa Boulevard, as the OEC - Varna is located on the ground floor of the level of the garage cells in the administrationAttic-residential building on the 3rd and 1 st floor with a frame-beam, reinforced concrete construction, monolithic construction, built in 1969, with a total area of 1157 sq. m., which consists of a dispatcher hall with an area of 22.4 m, a room with communication equipment an area of 12 m, an area of 14.5 m of OD, the following activities are envisaged:

- dismantling of the suspended ceilings and the decorative lining and doors in the three rooms, dismantling of thefloor coverings in the dispatcher and the corridor, - dismantling of the lighting fixtures and wiring, switches and contacts of the premises, - making of the leveling screeds in the dispatcher and the corridor with subsequent delivery and installation of the flooring, laminate class AIII, 8 mm, supply and installation of aluminum doors for the premises,

- manufacture and installation of a GKB sliding panel with a pl. 12.5 mm, double layer per unitconstruction of 8 cm thick, with mineral wool with d = 5 cm for insulation on the walls of the rooms with subsequent painting, - delivery and installation of 60/60 cm suspended ceiling in the premises, - delivery and installation of new lighting 4x10W LEDs for installation, wiring in cable ducts, switches and room contacts

For all lots (1, 2, 3):

The participant must have a registerin the Central Professional Register of Builders (TSRC) to the Chamber of Builders of the Republic of Bulgaria pursuant to Art. 3, para. 2 of the Construction Chamber Act for the execution of Group I constructions, category 5 or to have such a registration in a professional or commercial register in the country in which it is established for the non-resident participants. offercompliance with the requirement is declared in EEDOP, which is submitted by each of the participants, the members of the consortia, the subcontractors or the third parties. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may require the participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents proving the information specified in the EEDOP when this is necessary for the lawful conduct-of the procedure.

The requirement is evidenced by the submission of a copy of the registration document in the Central Professional Register of Builders (TSPR) to the Chamber of Builders of the Republic of BULGARIA pursuant to Art. 3, para. 2 of the Chamber of Builders Act for the execution of Group I constructions, Category 5. For non-residents - a similar document proving such registration in analogyin accordance with the legislation of the State in which they are established, and / or a certificate under Art. 25a of the Construction Chamber Act
