2.1.5 Guarantees

The guarantorsletters referred to in paragraphs 2.2.2 and 4.1. issued by credit institutions legally operating in the Member States of the Union or the European Economic Area or in the GPA member states and have the right in accordance with the applicable provisions. They can also be issued by the ETAA. - TEME or be provided with a depository and Loan Fund bill with deposit to-the corresponding amount. If a Depositary Deposits Deposits Deposits Deposits Bill are deposited with the Deposits and Loans Fund, coupons or dividends that expire during the warranty period are reimbursed after they have expired to the ProCredit Guarantee.

Letters of Guarantee are issued at the option of the economic operators from one or more publishers of the above p(a) the date of issue; (b) the issuer; (c) the contracting authority to which it is addressed; (d) the number of the guarantee; amount covered by the guarantee. (f) full name, VAT number. and the address of the economic operator in favor of whom the guarantee is issued (in the case of a union, all the above is indicated-(a) the guarantee is irrevocably and unconditionally granted, and the issuer waives the right to divide and divorce; and (bb) that, in the case of such a divestiture, the amount of the divestiture is subject to (i) the details of the relevant declaration and the closing date for the submission of tenders, (i) the expiry date(i) an undertaking by the issuer of the guarantee to pay the amount of the guarantee in whole or in part within five (5) days following a simple written notice to the person to whom it is addressed; and (k) in the case performance and advance payment guarantees, the number and title of the relevant contract.

The contracting authority shall contact the issuers of the contractLetters of Guarantee to verify their validity

5.1 Payment method

5.1.1. Payment of the Contractor will be made in the following way:

a) 100% of the contractual value of the document after the acceptance of the Purchase Order - Purchase Protocols.

The payment of the contract price will be made by presenting the legal documents and supporting documents foreseenthe provisions of Article 200, paragraph 5, of Law 4412/2016, as well as any other documents which may have been requested by the competent services which carry out the audit and payment. The Contractor shall be subject to the third-party reservation, as well as any other charge, in accordance with the applicable legislation, excluding VAT, for the delivery of the material at the place and in the mannerprovided in the contract documents. In particular, it is charged with the following deductions: (a) a 0.06% reservation, calculated on the value of each pre-tax and deduction payment of the original, as well as any supplementary contract in favor of the Unified Independent Public Procurement Authority (Article 4 of Law 4013 / 2011 as applicable). (B) a 0.02% reservation in favor of the State, calculated on the basis ofof value, exclusive of VAT, of the original and any supplementary contract. This amount shall be deducted in respect of each payment by the contracting authority in the name and on behalf of the Directorate-General for Public Procurement and Procurement in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 36 of Law 4412/2016.

(c) 0.06% is calculated on the value of each payment before taxes and bookings of the original as well as thewith a supplementary contract in favor of the Preliminary Complaints Authority (Article 350 (3) of Law 4412/2016). The extra-terrestrial bookings are subject to the applicable proportional stamp duty ...% and the contribution in favor of OGA of 20% .

With each payment, the withholding tax provided by the applicable law will be 8% of the net amount for the groups (1st - 2nd -(4th - 5th), withholding tax on income of 4% on the net amount.

2.2.6 Technical and professional capacity

With regard to the technical and professional capacity for this contract award procedure, the financial operators are required to be barred, have the following supporting documents to provide at the bidding level, on the(a) over the past three (3) years, have executed service contracts of the same type 100% of the net value of the budget by category of work (Construction of automatic irrigation networks, maintenance of green areas, supply of urban equipment, and planting operations).

(b) In particular, maintenance workthe contractor must have the appropriate staff, ie five (5) workers and an agronomist or agronomist, throughout the lifetime of the contract, who must be licensed to practice; (c) have the necessary equipment :

2 chainsaws, 2 telescopic chainsaws, 2 lawn mowers, 2 lawnmowers, 2 blowers, 2 trimmer chainsaws, (d) For quality assurance, the following supporting documents accompanying the tenderer's tender must be submitted at the tender level: - for the plant material: - the quality assurance certificate 9001: 2008 or 9001: 2015 of the nursery,

for the ready lawn:

- manufacturer's quality assurance certificate 9001: 2008 or 9001: 2015,

for urban equipment:

- quality assurance certificate 9001: 2008 or 9001: 2015,

for irrigation materials:

- a responsible declaration by the participant that he will provide a guarantee for the materials of the 2nd budget group for 1 year after the expiry of the contract; in the event of a defect it will replace it, without any claim for damages from the Municipality of N. Philadelphia - N. Chalkidona, - a certificate proving that-has successfully installed a system of central irrigation control at a public or private body, totaling at least EUR 40 000, 00, - 9001: 2008 or 9001: 2015 quality assurance certificate for the materials requested in paragraph 3.2: Group 2h: Irrigation upgrade present study, - samples according to paragraph 3.2: Group 2h: Irrigation upgrade works of the present study, for the materials requested

The above documents will be accompanied by a declaration of the competitor, which will mention the construction companies and the producers of the above items

2.2.7 Quality Assurance Standards and Environmental Management Standards

The economic operators for the present the contracting process must be available and presented at the bidding level as follows:ISO 9001: 2008 or 9001: 2015 (or equivalent) valid for quality assurance issued by a certified organization with greenfield certification, irrigation construction, urban fitting and green maintenance,

- ISO 14001: 2004 certificate (or equivalent) valid for the implementation of an environmental management system issued by(ELOT) 1801: 2008 or OHSAS 18001: 2007 (or equivalent) valid in the case of tenderers with an establishment in Greece or equivalent, with a certification field the green works, the irrigation works, the installation of urban equipment and the green maintenance;, on safety and hygiene at work, issued by a certified body, with a fieldgreening projects, irrigation works, urban fitting and green maintenance.

2.2.8 Support to third-party capacity

Economic operators may, with regard to the criteria of economic and financial standing (paragraph 2.2.5) and on technical and professional competence (paragraph 2.2.6), to rely on competencies elsewhereoperators, irrespective of the legal nature of their links with them. In this case, they prove that they will have the necessary resources at their disposal, by presenting the commitment of the bodies to which they are based.

Specifically, with regard to the qualification criteria related to the qualifications and professional qualifications defined in casef of Part II of Annex XII of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016 or with the relevant professional experience, economic operators may rely on the capacities of other entities only if the latter perform the works or services for where economic operators rely on the capabilities of other players with regard to their respective capabilities, the economic operators concerned and those on which they rely are jointly responsible for the performance of the contract.

Under the same conditions, associations of economic operators may rely on the abilities of the participants to the compound or other vectors
