Framework agreement on the provision of services, (NUTS GR122) and, in particular, the efficient operation, maintenance and overall responsibility of the A1 phase of the Water Treatment Facility. Main site: Thessaloniki Water Treatment Plant, Municipality of Delta, Nea Magnesia Farm, Sidoren Rear.

The scope of the framework agreement is the provision of services for the operation of the Plant (code. NUTS GR122) and, in particular, the efficient operation, maintenance and overall responsibility of the Al phase of the Water Treatment Facility (ΕΝΝΘΘ) from the riverAliakmonas, for water treatment up to 150, 000 m per day, as well as the supply of water treatment chemicals, described in the technical specifications, which are in Annex II of this Declaration. After the completion of the construction of the A2 phase of the ΕΝΝΘΘ, which is estimated not to be completed 24 months after the publication of the present (with maximum processing capacitywater extra 150, 000 m per day), the scope of the Framework Agreement will be the same as the provision of services described above, but the supply of water treatment chemicals described in the technical specifications of Annex II of this Declaration will relate to water both A1 and A2 phases, with a total maximum water treatment capacity of 300, 000 m 2The provision of services under the Framework Agreement is classified under the following Common Vocabulary Vocabulary (CPV) code: 6512000 (Operation of a water purification plant), 24962000-5 (Water treatment chemicals)

Detailed description of the physical and economic object of the framework agreement is given in Annex I of this Declarationthe process of concluding this Framework Agreement is required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the provision of services covered by the Framework Agreement in accordance with Article 1.3.1 of this Invitation.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of theprofessional or trade registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement is set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not falling under the previous subparagraphand have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material. In the casethe above requirement should be covered by all members of the association
