Framework agreement with mixed object, service and according to article 225 of Law 4412/2016, with the main object of providing services.

Main Site: Thessaloniki Water Treatment Plant, Prefecture of Thessaloniki(NUTS GR122) and in particular the efficient operation, maintenance and overall responsibility of the A1 phase of the installation Water treatment plant from the Aliakmonas River, for water treatment up to 150, 000 m per day, as well as the supplyof the water treatment chemicals described in the technical specifications, which are the Annex II of the Declaration. After completion of the construction of the A2 phase of the National Technical University of Athens, which is estimated not to be completed 24 months after the publication of the declaration (with a maximum water treatment capacity of an additional 150.000 m per day) subject of the agreement - frame will bebut the supply of water treatment chemicals - described in the technical specifications of Annex II of the Declaration - will concern both the A1 and the A2 phase water with a total maximum water treatment capacity of 300.000 m per year The provision of services under the framework agreement is classified under the following codeProcurement Vocabulary (CPV): 6512000 (Operation of a water purification plant), 24962000-5 (Water treatment chemicals)

A detailed description of the physical and economic object of the framework agreement is given in Annex I of the Declaration. participating in the process of concluding this framework agreement, are required to engage in commercial or industrial or biotechnologyrelated to the provision of services covered by the Framework Agreement in accordance with Article 1.3.1 of this Notice.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any otherThe requirement is set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the preceding indent and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on award procedures;contracts are required to be registered in corresponding professional or trade registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material. In the case of an association of economic operators, the above requirement should be covered by all members of the association.
