Applicant must meet the conditions of participation concerning personal status according to - 32 para. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement; andon the amendment of certain outlets as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Outcome") and to prove their fulfillment by submitting original documents or their certified copies pursuant to - 32 para. 2, respectively. ods. respectively. ods. 4 and / or para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. Authentication is performed by the system providerJosephine on working days from 8.00 to 16.00. or - by means of an authorization code, which will be sent to the address of the tenderer`s firm in the form of registered mail in case the company is registered using eID by a person who is not a statutory company or is registered to the system using a password. other documentation tothe procurement in question will be published in the relevant order in the Josephine system located at https://josephine.proebiz.com/, allowing the contracting authority unrestricted and direct access to the documents. The public procurement in question is not green public procurement, innovation procurement or social procurement. The security offer shall be EUR 15 000, 00.More detailed information can be found in the competition documents. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into lots within the meaning of Article 28 (1). 2 Act No. 343/2015 of the Act on Trusted Procurement, because of the fact that there are currently enough companies on the market able to deliver the entire subject of the contract as a whole and there is a suitable environment for realizing economic competition as a whole on the market.
