The award of the public procurement contract is aimed at the conclusion of periodic contractsdeliveries of new and unused stationery and office supplies needed to secure the work of the TA staff of the NSSI - Montana. Types, tech. characteristics and the respective estimated quantities for 24 months of kant. materials and office accessories are described in appendix. No 1 and app. No 2 to the technical specifications for the execution of the order. Assignorreserves the right not to declare an item or the whole quantity in the case of a waste of necessity or to declare and above these quantities depending on the needs of the establishment. Included items in app. No 1 and app. No 2 are not exhaustive with regard to possible types of kant. office supplies and supplies to be delivered. The assignor does not impose requirements on the fitness of the professional activity.any participant, for whom there are other than the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and those under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, which occurred before or during the procedure. The Contracting Authority may not remove from the procedure the participant of the said grounds under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, if it is proved that the latter has not ceased its activity and is able to fulfill the contract in accordance with the provisions of thenational rules on the pursuit of the business in the State in which it is established. Participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act shall have the right to take measures for proving the reliability according to Art. 56, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. When the evidence of reliability measures are taken before submitting the tender, they are described in the EDEDOP. As a proofof the participant's reliability shall be presented the documents under Art. 45, para. The Contracting Authority shall remove from the procedure any participant for whom there are also: - any of the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act,

- circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their(s), except in the cases of the exceptions under Art. 4 of the same law,

- circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of Unlawfully Acquired Property (APCONP). Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPL when submitting the tender, the participant declares the lack of the grounds for elimination by submitting the EDEEDP in electronic form. Documentswhich prove the information declared in the EDEEDP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. Cong. Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, before the conclusion of the public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall require the contractor designated as a contractor to provide up-to-date documents certifying the absence of the grounds for removal from the procedure as well as compliance-with the selection criteria set. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. The Contracting Authority will not require documents and evidence already submitted or known to it, or may be provided through direct and free access to the national databases of the Member States
