The subject of the order is to provide: - pneumatic and programmable controller laboratory, plumbing laboratory, laboratory-devices and systems of automatics and electrotechnics, robot programming room and additional equipment, - mechatronics, electronics and electrotechnics workshop, - Eco-cream laboratory, - innovative material management workshop for TSL professionals with appropriate equipment and technical devices with parameters required by the Employer and determined happyWord in the subject description of the order. The scope of individual parts of orders with item specification and the requirements of the Ordering Party regarding technical parameters is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order Part II of the ToR: "Description of the subject of the order".

1. The ordering party does not place a specific condition in this respect (regarding Parts of the order from I-IV).
2. You can apply for the orderthose who are not subject to exclusion from the procurement procedure on the basis of Art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 and 24 sec. 5 points 1-4 of the Public Procurement Law Act - the Contractor will be required to submit the following declarations: 1) a statement valid as at the day of submitting bids, constituting preliminary confirmation that it is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings in the form of a uniformOrdering Authority, which refers to the resources of other entities, in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with them, to the extent that it relies on their resources, the condition of participation in the proceedings also submits uniform documents regarding these subjects (EAT). In Part IV, the qualification criteria may be limited to the completion of the sectionα and does not have to fill in any of the other sections in Part IV. In the case of joint application for contractors, JEDZ submits each of the contractors jointly applying for the order. These documents confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion to the extent that each of the contractors demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Zamathe party does not place a specific condition in this respect (regarding Parts of the order from I-IV).
2. Contractors can apply for the contract, who are not subject to exclusion from the procurement procedure on the basis of Art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 and 24 sec. 5 points 1-4 of the Public Procurement Law - the Contractor will be required to submit the following declarations: 1) current axis as of the day of submitting offersa proof that it is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings in the form of a single order document (EIN). Contractor who refers to the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with them in the scope of in which he refers to their resources, the conditions for participation in the proceedings are also submitted by-uniform documents concerning these entities (EAT). In Part IV, the selection criteria for qualification may be limited to the completion of section a and may not be completed by any of the other sections in Part IV. In the case of joint application for contractors, JEDZ submits each of the contractors jointly applying for the order. These documents confirm fulfillment of the conditions for participation in posand no grounds for exclusion to the extent that each of the contractors demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of ordering, referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law - 2. Co-financing of the order: The order is carried out in connection with the implementation of the project: "Professionals in Gorz-w 2.0", co-financed from the funds of the European Unionof the State Budget and the State Budget as part of the Priority Axis 8. Modern Education, Regional Operational Program Lubuskie 2020, Activities 8.4. Improving the quality of vocational education, Sub-measure 8.4.2 Improving the quality of vocational education, implemented by ZIT Gorzow Wlkp.
3. The ordering party will call the contractor whose offer has been the highest rated, before the order is awardedwithin the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as of the date of submitting statements and documents: 1) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids, 2) excerpt from the relevant register or from central records and information about business activity, when separate regulations require an entry in the register or records, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under Art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, 3) the Contractor's statement on the lack of issuing a final court judgment or final administrative decision on default of payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or - in the case ofa judgment or decision - documents confirming payment of these receivables together with possible interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement regarding the repayment of such receivables, 4) declaration of the Contractor about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders. The ordering party demands from the Contractor whose offer was the highest-assessed in the case of relying on the abilities or situation of other entities under the principles set out in Article 22a of the Public Procurement Law, presentations in respect of these entities, within the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as of the date of submitting statements and documents listed in point 3 subpoint 1) - item 4).
4. The Contractors shall provide the ordering party within 3 days from the date of placing by the orderinformation on the website referred to in Article 86 (5) of the Public Procurement Law (information from the opening of offers) stating the membership or absence of affiliation to the same capital group referred to in Article 24 (1) (23) of the Public Procurement Law, in the case of belonging to the same capital group, the contractor may submit together with the declaration documents or information confirming that-connections with another contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the proceedings. The provisions concerning the Contractor shall apply to contractors jointly applying for the order.
6. The offer should consist, in particular, of: a) an offer form, drawn up on the template constituting Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, b) Price list (for a given part of the order), c) Document or-JEDZ documents required in accordance with the SIWZ (EAT is sent in the manner described in Chapter IX SIWZ), d) Proof of payment, e) Proxy (if the authorization of the person indicated in the offer does not result from registration documents), f) Power of attorney for the consortium leader ( if the offer is submitted by contractors jointly applying for the order), g) Commitments pthird party to share resources (if applicable),
7. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of evaluating offers in accordance with art. 24aa of Public Procurement Law
