The subject of the order entitled "Work and Protective Clothing" is the supply of goods - work and protective clothing for the needs of the employees of the procurer within the scope of fulfillment of the obligation of the contracting authoritymysle ust. Act no. 124/2006 Z.z. on Safety and Health at Work, and on the amendment of certain laws in the wording of later regulations, provide employees with the requisite personal protective equipment.

Main Site: Individually subsidized warehouses of the purchaser within the territory of the Slovak Republic as described in the tender. documents, specified in individual written ordersThe subject of the order called "Work and Protective Clothing" is the supply of goods - work and protective garments for the needs of the employees of the procurer in the framework of fulfillment of the obligation of the procurer in accordance with the provisions of art. Act no. 124/2006 Z.z. on Safety and Health at Work and on the amendment of some laws in the wording of later regulations to provide employees with the• a detailed description of the subject matter of the order and the requirements for the subject matter of the order stated in the tender documents. The guarantor must meet the conditions of the time stipulated in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, - 152 para. 1 (entered in the list of economic subjects) or - 152, par. 3 of the Public Procurement Actni.

2nd Enrollment in the list of economic operators is effective against each contracting entity and the information given therein is not necessary in the procurement procedures to be verified. The contracting entity, when evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions of the individual's personal status, shall verify the entry of the economic entity in the list of economic subjects, if the applicant has not submitted the documents pursuant to Article 32 2, 4 and 5 of the Act-public procurement or other equivalent registration or registration certificate pursuant to - 152 par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out according to the regulations effective until 17 April 2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.) Is entered in the list of economic subjects within the scope of recorded facts. The Applicant may provisionally replace the documents designated by the Procurer to demonstrate compliance with thereimbursement in part of a single European document within the meaning of Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act. A group of suppliers demonstrates that the conditions for participation in public procurement related to personal status for each member of the group of suppliers are fulfilled. Repairs to deliver the goods are shown by a member of the group of suppliers only in relation to that part of the subject of the order which they will provide.

Not applicable.-With regard to the provision of - 187 par. 8 of the Act on Public Procurement and - 20 par. 7 floor. d) the law on public procurement, the contractor applies communication and exchange of information by post, by e-mail, by fax, by e-mail or by a combination thereof. Complaints may be requested by the interested party on the basis of a written request electronically delivered to the email address of the accountof the active person referred to in point I.1. of this notice, within the time limit set out in point IV.2.2. of this notice. The contractor shall provide the supporting documents for the receipt of the prizes on CD. All costs and expenses incurred by a solicitor or claimant in connection with his participation in this public auction are of interest to the solicitor or solicitor in its entirety, without any charge of money and / or non-monetaryof nature to the contracting entity, irrespective of the outcome of the public tender. The Contractor shall be entitled, in exceptional cases, to supplement the information necessary for the preparation of the offer and for the proof of fulfillment of the terms of the contract, which shall be communicated to all interested parties at least six (6) days before the expiry of the time limit for submitting tenders.
