Realization of VRD works relating to the construction of 97 collective social rental housing in R 3 and 5 shops in the ZAC of VIDAL in Remire-Montjoly. This operation is located on islands 7 and8. The works will be the subject of a single installment and will be divided into five (5) lots which will be treated in separate steps. Variable offers are strictly prohibited. The overall period of execution of the work is fourteen (14) months including preparation period. Estimated date of commencement of work: 3 quarter 2018.
