The perimeter covered by this invitation to tender includes the management and operation of the network equipment:

- core of Cisco Network;

- Data Center Switches (Nexus)



DWDM Infinera (currently operated by Trigon AG)

- Cisco 4G Access Router,

- Cisco Wireless Controller,

- Juniper Firewall,

- Juniper VPN,

- Monitoring Support.

The management and operation of the telephony:

- Nortel and Cisco telephone exchanges,

- central emergency telephony (Cisco R10),

- configuration and one-off work,

- support of the monitoring.

These different points are detailed in the chapiE.5 of the document

Partial offers are not admitted.

Indication of the appeal: the appeal must be lodged with the administrative court of the cantonal court within a period of 10 days from its notification. The appeal has no suspensive effect. The President of the Administrative Court may, ex officio or on request, grant suspensive effect to the appeal.

The memory of-appeal must in any case contain a concise statement of the facts, the reasons and the evidence, as well as the statement of the findings. The impugned decision and the documents serving as evidence in the possession of the Appellant must be attached to the appeal. The appeal must be dated and signed by the Appellant or his agent (Article 127 CPA). Failure to comply with these provisions may result innotice of withdrawal of the appeal.

Closing time for the submission of tenders / Remarks: the contracting authority will only take into consideration the tenders which comply with the conditions for participation, namely the tenders which: - have been signed and dated in the deadline imposes, in the form and at the fixed address,

- are accompanied by the attestations, proofs and documents requested by the adjudicateur, valid for less than 3 months from the date of issue for documents not having a date of maturity,

- are presented in the language required by the adjudicator to know the French,

- are fulfilled as indicated by the contracting authority.

In case of doubt as to the admissibility of an offer, the Adjudicator shall carry out a more thorough check.wishes to ask questions in writing): any questions must be received by 17.8.2018 at the latest.

The questions should be precise and concise, with reference to a chapter and / or a document. The answers will then be given by the contracting authority to allssionnaires. The adjudicator reserves the right to refuse to answer questions unrelated to the competition.
