A) Technical Design:

The participant in the procedure is required to have a registration in the Central Professional Register of Builders (CPRC) with the Chamber of Builders of the Republic of BULGARIA, according to Art. 3, para. 2 of the Chamber of Builders Act (CPS) for the execution of construction works of the second group, I-and, in the case of non-residents, in analogous registers under the law of the Member State in which they are established.
