Land Vehicle Insurance - Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance and auto insurance. After the conclusion of the contract, assignmentThe applicant will use the services of the insurance broker A&G Insurance Brokers Ltd., UIC 121266165.

Main Site: City of Sofia. the conclusion of the contract, the client will use the services of insurance broker "A&G Insurance Brokers" Ltd., UIC 121266165. The subject of insurance are the land vehicles (SAS) owned and / or used by Sofiyska Voda AD, whose approximate number is 389, described in the "Representative list of the SAS". The specified number is not guaranteed. The contracting authority reserves the right to insure more or less of the specified number of SASs, as well as other types of vehicles, according to its needs and in accordance withon the terms of the contract. Detailed information can be found in the procurement documents.

Applicants should be insurers holding the relevant permits to carry out insurance activities in the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA under the Insurance Code or equivalent documents under the law of the Member State in which they are institutionus, if they are foreign persons, having to hold the relevant valid licenses for the types of insurance subject to this procedure.
