Provision of telecommunication services

Subject to above-limit public service contracts is the provision of voice and data telecommunication services to the extent specified by the contracting conditions. The parts are fulfilled to ensure all activities related to the provision of the required services. Providing telecommunication services through the GSM and ISDN operator networksmainly the provision of telecommunication voice and data services in the following scope, as follows:

Main Site: The Czech Republic's Mobile and Data Service and the State Land Office for the Provision of Fixed Voice Services (see Appendix 5 of the Proposal) The scope of over-the-top public service contracts is to provide voice anddata telecommunication services to the extent specified by the contracting conditions. The parts are fulfilled to ensure all activities related to the provision of the required services. The provision of telecommunication services through the GSM and ISDN operator's network mainly involves the provision of telecommunication voice and data services to the extent specified below, as follows: • • ensuring mobile voice• provision of mobile data services, • provision of fixed voice services, • maximum accessibility and reliability of service, guarantee of availability of the service, • provision of the necessary range of telephone numbers, • provision of customer support,

the fulfillment of professional competence proves the supplier, who shall submit copies of the following documents: - a commercial listing or other analogous registration ifthe legal act required to be recorded in such records
