The subject of the purchase are the following machines and equipment:

1) Coffee roaster - 1 pc

Detailed technical specification is stated in the delivery documents. - for all logical units together

1) Only those who meet these conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 od. 1 pism.:

a) he, neither his statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory body, nor a public prosecutor have been convicted of an offense of corruption, an offense of damaging the financial interests of the European Communities, the crime of establishing, raping and supporting a criminal group, the crime of setting up, or support for a terrorist group, the crime of terrorism and certain forms of participation in terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, an offense related to business or a criminal offense of public procurement and public auction;, social insurance and contributions to old-age retirement savings in the Slovak Republic(c) has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence; liquidation, nor was the bankruptcy proceedings for lack of assets stopped or the bankruptcy proceedings for lack of assets suspended, e)is entitled to deliver goods, carry out construction work or to provide a service; or demonstrably commencing public procurement of a serious breach of duty in the cloud(h) has not committed, in the previous 3 years since the announcement or demonstrable commencement of the public procurement of a serious breach of a professional obligation to prove, as evidenced by the contracting authority and

(b) documented confirmation by a health insurance company and a Social Insurance Agency not older than 3 months; (c) documented by a certificate from the local tax authority not older than 3 months;. d)documented by the confirmation of the relevant barrel not older than 3 months; (e) by documented evidence of entitlement to supply the goods, to carry out the works or to provide a service corresponding to the subject of the contract; According to the General Methodological Guidelines of the Public Procurement Office no. 6 - 2016 of 12.8.2016 Criminal liability of legal entities Submitterrequires to prove fulfillment of the condition of participation according to - 32 par. 1 pism. a) personal status submission of an extract from the criminal record of a legal person together with extracts from the criminal record of the appointed persons (statutory organ, member of statutory organ, member of supervisory organ, procurator)!

Note: is entitled to use data from informationon public administration information systems pursuant to a special regulation (Section 1 (3) of Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on some measures to reduce administrative burden by using public administration information systems and on amendment and completion of certain endings (anti-bureaucratic end)) must submit to the quotation all documents and documents according to - 32 par. 2, if not registered under - 152 ZVO to the List of Economic Entities! 2. Communication between the Client and candidates / applicants will be in Slovak. The candidate / applicant will also accept the Czech language. Submitter allThe information required under the Public Procurement Act shall be published in the contracting authority`s profile. The facts that may arise in the process of awarding the contract, not modified by this invitation and the tender documents, are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement, as amended. The contracting authority has specified a separate contractual term for all logical unitsaccording to - 42 par. 12, which is the deposit of a financial security of 15% of the price of the object of purchase after the entry into force of the Purchase Contract.
