In view of the above requirements, at the time of entering into a contract with the successful tenderer, he / she presents:

a) A copy of a wholesale license with a median certified by the participantin-house products issued in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Competition, or an equivalent document for foreign participants. 54, para. 1 of the PPL.

The participants in the procedure should meet the requirements of Art. 3, item 8 and Art. 4 of the Economic and Financial Relations Law with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferentialand related parties and their actual owners.

Related parties are not entitled to participate in the procedure, according to Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act

When the selection criteria for the individual lots are the same, they are allowed to submit one EEDOP. Provided the requirements for the individual lots are different, the participants present separate EEDOPs.For the purposes of this contract, when submitting an application for more than one lot, the participants present one EEDOP, provided that the selection criteria for the respective lots are the same.
