Competence development worthy of the elderly - Health Authority

The National Board of Health's new knowledge center for affordable nursing services, among other things, will offer municipalities and care units in the area of older people relevant competence development. In this regard, the following are offered: Development and implementation-of several competence development initiatives and activities that focus on competence development in terms of real-life care. The primary target groups are employees, resource people and senior care workers. Specifically, the following competencies are developed and implemented:

The offer includes the provision of a framework agreement with a supplier. Applicants (Economic Operations) must provide the Common European Procurement Document (ESPD) via the CTM system (see point VI.3) Additional information) as a preliminary proof of the conditions mentioned in the Procurement Act section 148. An economic actor participating alone and not based on other entitiesCapacity to meet the selection criteria must only fill in an ESPD. An economic operator participating alone but based on capacity of one or more other entities shall ensure that the contracting entity receives its own ESPD with a separate ESPD with the relevant information for each of the entities on which it is based. When groups of economic operators, including temporary co-operativeshuman beings participating in the tendering procedure, each separate economic operator must complete a separate ESDP with the information required in Part II-V. The ESPD document submitted by the holder is completed by filling in the following sections of the ESPD: - Part II A: Information on the economic act,

- Part II B: Information on the economic operators' representatives, - Part II C: Opl- Part III A: Grounds relating to convictions,

- Part III B: Reasons for payment of taxes and social security contributions, - - Part III C: Reasons relating to insolvency, conflicts of interest or representation in connection with the pursuit of the profession,

- Part IV B: Economic and financial form.
