When concluding a contract the selected contractor must present a document proving that he has the right to perform the activity in the Republic of Bulgaria, that he has done the sameregistration, if necessary

The participant provides (declares) in Section A: "Fitness" in Part IV: "Selection Criteria" by EEDOP information on the circumstances under item 1.1

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the requirement shall be evidenced by presentation of a certified copy of the certificate of registration of the site, according to Art. 12 of the Foodstuffs Act, issued by the RDA on locationof the site, including the food products of the differentiated item (s) for which the participant is designated as contractor
