Herbes de Provence 23 kg - The Contractor will meet the condition if he proves that he has: an applicable administrative decision of the poviat veterinary officer in chargeapproves, conditional approvals or extensions of conditional approval of facilities, in accordance with art. 20 para. 1 point 2 of the Act of 16/12/2005 on products of animal origin (ie Journal of Laws of 2017, item 242, as amended) or the applicable administrative decision of the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspection regarding approval, conditional approval, prolongation conditionalapproval of establishments that produce or market food of non-animal origin or place products of animal origin on the market that are not subject to official control of the Veterinary Inspection bodies, in accordance with art. 62 par. 1 point 2 of the Act of 25.8.2006 on food and nutrition safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1541 as amended), or a certificate of entry into the registerat plants in accordance with art. 62 par. 1 point 4, in connection with art. 67 sec. 3 point 6 of the Act of 25.8.2006 on food and nutrition safety (ie Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1541, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 29.05.2007 regarding the patterns of registration documents and approval of establishments producing or placing on the market of food subject to the official control of theSanitary Inspectorate (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 106, item 730). In the case of a foreign Contractor, he must have a document authorizing the activities in the field of the subject of the order issued in accordance with the regulations in force in the Contractor's country. The contractor from outside the European Union also submits a document issued by the competent authority in his country, authorizing the export of the productin the subject-matter of this order for the markets of the European Union. The Contracting Authority will consider that the requirement to present the aforementioned document has been met, if the aforementioned document or declaration of the Contractor is provided, stating that there are no documents issued in his country. The Contractor will fulfill the condition if it proves that in the period no earlier than One month before the deadline for submissionoffers, financial resources or creditworthiness in the amount of at least:
- task No. 1 PLN 17 000.00
- task No. 2 PLN 22, 000.00
- task No. 3 PLN 27, 000.00
- task No. 4 25, 000, 00 PLN
- task No. 5 51 000.00 PLN
- task No. 6 47 000.00 PLN
Note:
1. In the case when the Contractor submits an offer for several tasks, he must sum up the value of individual tasks and show the amount of the posrequired financial resources or creditworthiness for their aggregate value, for example: if the Contractor submits an offer for the task from 1 to 6, the amount of financial resources or creditworthiness should amount to PLN 189, 000.00.
2. If in the documents submitted to confirm compliance with the condition of participation in the procedure, the amounts will be expressed in a foreign currency, these amounts will be converted-at PLN according to the average PLN exchange rate in relation to foreign currencies announced by the National Bank of Poland (Table A of average foreign exchange rates) on the date of issue of the document. In the absence of publication of NBP exchange rates applicable on the day referred to above, the last rate announced before that date applies.
