For all dishes-- fitness for exercise of professional activity - for all lots: - the participant should have a registered object under Art. 12 of the Food Act for the relevant food groups according to the lot in which it participates and the foreign persons should have a similar registration under the legislation of the Member State in which they are established.(EEDOP) in Part IV (A) (2) of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) shall submit a certified copy of a certificate in the cases referred to in Article 67 (5) and (6) of the PPL. for registration under Article 12 of the Food Law, issued by the relevant District Food Safety Directorate (RDA), and for foreign persons - an analogous document according to the lawof the Member State in which they are established, including upon conclusion of a contract.

* Foreign persons shall submit a certificate for a registered object under Art. 12 of the Foodstuffs Act for the respective food groups at the conclusion of each specific contract.

If the participant participates as an association / consortium, the requirement is demonstrated by each member of the consortium / consortium whoit shall carry out food supply activities.

The Contracting Authority shall not impose requirements on economic and financial standing. Personal situation of the participants: 1) The assignor shall remove from participation in the procedure for awarding a public procurement a participant, for whom one or more of the circumstances under art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the PPL:
