Supply of food products at the sites of the Regional Development Agency, the municipality of Dobrinchka and the village of Opanets in the village of Dobrichka in 12 OPs, as follows:

Daily supply of food products from OP №1, to the ex-warehouse of Home social patronage and the public dining rooms of 13 sites in the Dobrich municipality, DDPD village of Opanets and 30 dk. For all dishes-- fitness for exercise of professional activity - for all lots: - the participant should have a registered object under Art. 12 of the Food Act for the relevant food groups according to the lot in which it participates and the foreign persons should have a similar registration under the legislation of the Member State in which they are established.(EEDOP) in Part IV (A) (2) of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) shall submit a certified copy of a certificate in the cases referred to in Article 67 (5) and (6) of the PPL. for registration under Article 12 of the Food Law, issued by the relevant District Food Safety Directorate (RDA), and for foreign persons - an analogous document according to the lawof the Member State in which they are established, including upon conclusion of a contract.

* Foreign persons shall submit a certificate for a registered object under Art. 12 of the Foodstuffs Act for the respective food groups at the conclusion of each specific contract.

If the participant participates as an association / consortium, the requirement is demonstrated by each member of the consortium / consortium whoit shall carry out food supply activities.

The Contracting Authority shall not impose requirements on economic and financial standing. Personal situation of the participants: 1) The assignor shall remove from participation in the procedure for awarding a public procurement a participant, for whom one or more of the circumstances under art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the PPL:

1. has been convicted by a judgment which has entered into force, unless he is rehabilitated, for a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a-159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194-217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352-353e of the Penal Code; has been convicted by a judgment which has entered into force, unless he is rehabilitated, for an offense analogous to the offense referred to in paragraph 10.1 in another Member State or third countrya; there are obligations for taxes and compulsory social security contributions within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code and the interest thereon to the state or the municipality at the headquarters of the contracting authority and the participant, or analogous obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the legislation of the country where the participant is established, unless alloweddeferral, deferral or collateralisation of the obligations or the obligation is on an act which has not entered into force; the requirement does not apply in the cases of Art. 54, para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act; there is inequality in the cases under Art. 44, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act; has been found to have: (a) submitted a document of false content related to the verification of the lack of grounds for removal or fulfillment of the criteria for(b) has not provided the required information relating to the verification of the absence of grounds for removal or the fulfillment of the selection criteria; has been found by a punitive decree or a court decision enacted, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or Art. 13 para.-1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the legislation of the state in which the applicant or the participant is established 7. there is a conflict of interest that can not be eliminated. is bankrupt or is in bankruptcy proceedings, is in liquidation proceedings or has entered into an insolvencya court settlement with its creditors within the meaning of Art. 740 of the Commerce Act, or has ceased its activity, and if the applicant or tenderer is a non-resident - is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the state in which he is established; is deprived of the right to pursue a particular profession or activity, namely the performance of a supplyand for the relevant food groups according to the lot in which he participates, according to the law of the state in which the act was committed; has entered into an agreement with other persons for the purpose of distortion of competition where the infringement has been established by an act of a competent authority; has been proven to be guilty of non-performance of a public contract or a construction concession contractor for a service that led to its early termination, payment of benefits or other similar sanctions, except in cases where the default affects less than 50 per cent of the value or volume of the contract; has attempted to: (a) influence the contracting authority's decision on the removal, selection or award, including by providing false ormisleading information, or (b) receive information that may give him an unjustified advantage in the procedure for the award of a public procurement contract.2) The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act shall apply to: a) the persons who represent the participant or the applicant; b) the persons who are members of the managing and supervisory bodies of the participant or the applicant; ... continuation in section IV of docthe attentions
