The subject of the contract is the purchase of 70 pieces of fire detector suitcase sets to be used for work on the fire connected with the fire documentation ( static and dynamic inspection), by examining samples directly on fire, sampling, transporting samples

Main Site: HaZZ Central Warehouse - Fire Brigade of the Fire and Rescue Corps in Žilina, Banovska 8111, 010 01 Žilina, SLOVAKIA work on fire. A description, specification and quantity of the individual items of one set of subject of the contract are given in the Annexe No.1 - Description of the subject matter of the tender documents. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, respectively. according to - 32 par. With regard to the fact that it is not possible to obtain data or extracts from the information systems of the General Prosecutor`s Office from the technical reasons, the applicant or candidate obtains the documents pursuant to - 32 para.. 1 a) of the law in paper form, in compliance with the provision of - 1 par. 6 Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on some measures to reduce administrative burdens by using information systems of public administration and on amendments to certain outcomes (conclusion against bureaucracy) and submits them in accordance with point 10.2 of these tender documents.and personal status according to - 32 par. 1 pism. e) by an excerpt from the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic or by an excerpt from the Trade Register of the Slovak Republic, the applicant / applicant is not obliged under - 32 par.

The economic operator can prove the fulfillment of the data from the public administration information systems.the conditions of participation in personal status by entering in the list of economic subjects pursuant to - 152 para. 1 zakona. Applicants registered in the list of economic entities under the Act is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 para.

The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic operators under the law or a certificate of registration issuedto the competent authorities of another Member State by which the tenderer demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation in the procurement. The contracting authority shall also accept any other equivalent document submitted by the tenderer.BitNami. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. The tenderer may pre-replace the documents designated by the contracting authority to demonstrate compliance with the single European document pursuant to Article 39 of the Act. Communication and exchange of information in this procurementcarried out pursuant to - 20 of the Act. The language of communication in this tender is Slovak. Applicants / tenderers shall bear the full costs of participation in this tender without anyto narration against VO.

5. A vendor group does not have to create the right form, but it has to determine the vendors of a vendor group. All members of such a group of suppliers made to deliver the subject of the contract shall be authorized by one of the members of the group of suppliers to act on behalf of all members of the group of suppliers and to accept instructions in this procurement as well asacceptance of their offer, signature of the Contract and communication, responsibility in the process of performance of the Contract. In the event of acceptance of a bid by a group of suppliers, a group of suppliers shall be required to conclude and submit to the contracting authority, prior to the signature of the Contract, a clearly defined reciprocal law and obligations, The supplier groups shall be bound by obligations to the contracting authority jointly and severally. The justification for the non-division of the subject of the contract into parts shall be attached to Annex No 6 of the tender documents. The public procurement in question is not a green public procurement or innovation procurement, or a procurement focusing on social aspects.
